Anti HST Campaign Reaches 22%

The anti HST campaign is getting strong support in the Vernon Monashee riding. Canvassers have collected 9,518 signatures, which is 22 percent of registered voters, highest among the Vernon and Kelowna area ridings. The petition has gathered a half million signatures, province wide. 72 of 85 ridings have got the ten percent support, required by Elections BC.
