Fatal Identification
A 22 year old Coldstream woman's now been identified as the victim of Friday night's hit and run along highway 6. Kiera-Leigh Carlson was walking to work near the intersection of the highway and Aberdeen road about nine that night when she was hit by a vehicle that didn't stop. When she didn't show for her 9:30 start at work, a search was launched, but her body wasn't located until after 6 Saturday morning in the highway ditch beside the Search and Rescue headquarters. A 26 year old man was arrested Saturday morning and is due in court today.
