The Online Petition for the Purple Ribbon Campaign has a target of at least 5000 signatures. It is intended to demonstrate that the Okanagan Shuswap hospital users, taxpayers and voters need these two shelled in floors filled with necessary beds and support personnel and brought into full use ASAP.

 Please go online and sign  (You have to have a valid e-mail address and know your name). You can erase the generic 'I Support this petition' and add your own comment. Some suggestions by the more cynical include:  (Please feel free to add to list with your comments - Keep them subtle and publishable)

• Next election coming soon.
• Decrease wait-lists by providing needed beds.
• My vote and these beds go hand in hand.
