The Enderby fire department is on the
scene of an industrial fire at North Enderby Timber on Highway 97 A just
north of the city. Fire dispatch says the call came in at 3:15 Tuesday morning. Witnesses say huge flames are still coming from a storage shed where the finished lumber is stored. Last June, a half-million dollar fire destroyed a planer mill at the operation. The department is fighting their first big fire since Captain Dan Botkin died in an industrial fire December 29th.
DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)
