Police are continuing their efforts to establish a detailed time line of a North Okanagan murder suspect. Inspector Brendan Fitzpatrick of the RCMP's Major Crimes Unit says they want more information on the activities of Matthew Foerster on the day and night of Taylor Van Diest's murder on October 31st, 2011 in Armstrong. Investigators want to hear from anyone who has not already spoken about contact they had with Foerster on Halloween night. They also want to establish a time line of his travels and activities from December 2011 up to the end of March 2012. Fitzpatrick says that's an effort to see if there are any other offences that need further review. People can call the special tip line established for the case at 1-888-688-4264. The 26 year old Foerster is accused in the Armstrong killing, along with previous assaults on women in Cherryville and Kelowna in 2004 and 2005. The former Cherryville resident was arrested at a motel in Collingwood Ontario a week ago, and returned to British Columbia Thursday April 5th via RCMP Air Services. Click HERE to see the video
