An expensive night out for a couple of young Vernon men.They were caught racing on highway 97, by the weigh scales north of the city about midnight last night, hitting speeds as high as 140 in the 90 km zone. Both vehicles, a BMW and a GMC pickup were towed and impounded, both drivers face stiff fines for excessive speed and the loss of their licences
