(Weighted Corporate Vote) That as recommended by the Audit Committee, the 2011 Regional District of North Okanagan Financial Statements be approved as presented; and further, That pursuant to the requirements of the Financial Statement Act, 2011 Statement of Financial Information (SOFI Page 65) and attached Schedules for the Regional District of North Okanagan be accepted.
