 The online version of the RDNO Financial Plan doesn't seem to contain the Solid Waste Requisition of $400,000, the Building Inspection Tax levy to some Municipalities and areas ($) and the small credit of $15,526 for Air Quality Function.

Interesting! The most expensive service, Greater Vernon Water, totaling more than the entire listed RDNO budget, has no tax component. Silver Star, Grindrod and Whitevale water all have tax components but not GVW. Interesting!
