Cash registers should be ringing when a big music event in held near Vernon next month. The Sturgis North motorcycle rally and music fest at the MotoPlex Speedway is expected to bring thousands of visitors to the area July 18th to 22nd. Organizer Ray Sasseville expects fans from all over the Interior to attend, and support local businesses. He says "Well, last year, I believe that Salmon Arm made somewhere between 15 and 20 million dollars just in revenues for all different types of facets, right?" The Stampeders, Foghat and Rick Derringer are among the featured groups, with single day tickets costing 100 dollars, and 400 for all five days
