Sunday openings at Vernon's new library start this weekend.
The Okanagan Regional Library says starting October 14, the Vernon Branch will open its doors to serve the public on Sundays. "With students back to school and summer vacations over, demand for the resources at the ORL's Vernon location at 2800 30th Avenue increases on weekends," states a news release." It will be open Sundays from noon to 4 pm, and openings will continue until March 24, 2013.
