SPARWOOD, B.C. - RCMP say the Amber Alert for missing three-year-old Alvin Barnett has been cancelled. RCMP confirm that three-year-old Alvin Barnett was found safe Friday morning. The Elk Valley RCMP have confirmed that Alvin Barnett was located Friday morning in White Fish Montana at around 7 a.m. MST. As a result of a civilian witness seeing the vehicle parked on a side street, local police were alerted. Robert Barnett is in police custody.Friday, November 16, 2012
