B.C. hopes to "erase bullying" with the launch of a new strategy and online reporting tool. The website allows students to report bullying online or on their smartphone.  Once a report is submitted, a safe school coordinator is alerted. If the report is not read within 72 hours, the superintendent is notified. And if the report is not read within six days, the Ministry of Education is notified. "We wanted to make sure we isolated students and allowed them to remain anonymous when reporting bullying," says Premier Christy Clark. The website also includes resources for students and parents.
