KPMG Core Service Review
On November 26, KPMG presented its Phase One Summary Report of the Core Service Review Project.

Phase 2 includes interviews with Council and a workshop with the Senior Management Team to discuss services and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Phase 3 includes an update with Council, workshop with the Senior Management Team and a public workshop to evaluate potential opportunities for improvement.
Phase 4 (final report) will focus on high priority opportunities for improvement.
There are several opportunities for public input: 1) Read the “Service Profiles” (a.k.a. profiles that will describe various service levels and their associated costs) that will be posted onto the City’s website in January 2013 (exact date to be announced).
 2) Send feedback or suggestions for “Opportunities” (ie: ways to reduce costs or improve service) to a special confidential email address that will go directly to KPMG covcsr@kpmg.ca
3) Attend a “Public Workshop” (date to be announced) in late January or early February 2013.
