The city of Vernon's free wireless internet service is back in operation. It's been down for two months while the antennas and infrastructure that support the service were relocated. "Freenet" is available in the following areas• Cenotaph Park – 31 Avenue and 30 Street
• Downtown BC Transit Exchange - 31 Avenue and 30 Street
• Pathway between Downtown BC Transit Exchange and Community Services Building
• South side of Community Services Building (was the Old Library) - 3001 32 Ave.
• Spirit Square (located between City Hall and Community Service Building)
