The number of Total users adds up to 102,776 (ignoring the '10' schools.) This is a shortfall of 1750 users. I'm sure that the 10 school elementary Track Meets will bring in the 1750 users.
The General Community use indicates an average of 224 daily users for the 365 days of the year. The anticipated breakdown between College Student & Faculty use, Secondary and High school Track meets and General other community use. (senior runners etc.) is not shown.

There is no stated costs for annual administration, labor or maintenance in any of the three proposed costs presented.
