Don Quixote's Note: This Facilities MOU will have to be approved by both the Vernon and Coldstream Councils and  Areas B & C. It will be ratified at the RDNO table and amendments to the relevant bylaws will be made if ratified unanimously.  The table to the left is a summary of some of the financial implications of that MOU.
