The operator of one of the largest marijuana grow ops ever found in the North Okanagan, has been sent to jail. More than 13,000 plants were found in an outbuilding on Culling Road in Falkland in March 2012. The bust was the culmination of a three year police investigation. 39 year old Marty McClenaghan, who is from Surrey, was found guilty of production of a controlled substance after a trial in June. Today he was sentenced to 16 months in jail and given a 10 year firearms prohibition.
