Below is a screen shot from a Residential Average Property for 2013 (158,100 land - 164,049 Imp- Total 322,149) and the average property in 2014 (155,920 land - 161,230 Imp- Total 317, 150). There appears to be a 1.4% Tax increase ($31.89). Note that there has being no tax increase rate for School Levy as School Levy not available yet. (If the actual $ difference comes in at 0$ this will increase the projected net tax increase to 1.92% ($43.57)
