November 2014 CPI for Canada & B.C.

The August CPI for B.C. of a 1.4% increase will be applied on Dec1 to the Councillors and Mayor's base rate.

The August CPI for Canada of 2.1% will be used Jan 1, 2015 in relationship to the Facilities agreement contract for the GVAC Members.

The November CPI for Canada of 2.0% will be used for the 2015 budget purposes.
