DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

– download chart to view current penalties compared to penalties in effect fall 2010.
In April 2010, the Province introduced changes to give B.C. the toughest provincial impaired driving legislation in the country. If you drink and drive after the new law comes into effect in fall 2010, you can count on penalties adding up to between $600 and $3,750 – even if it's the first time you're caught – and more time off the road. For more information on this announcement, see: April 27, 2010 News Release and Backgrounder.
