This has to be the most naive and ill conceived idea ever floated in BC.
It is bad enough that we have to tolerate three years at a time of fiscal incompetence of various aldermen in Vernon and other cities around BC.
You only have to look at the current malaise in Washington with the Democrats running out of control to imagine what would happen with a four year tenure of Aldermen in BC.
Stupid-imagine being stuck with this mayor and council for 4years-we would be bankrupt!
