NORD directors will have their pay scale looked over. Board chair Herman Halvorson says they're planning it to be wrapped before the next election. He says directors felt it wouldn't be appropriate to set their own compensation schedule, so they'll set up an independent advisory group. "The thinking is it should be reviewed prior to the next election (in 2011), and then it will be all set in place." Halvorson says they're looking at a three person panel.
