New Parkland On Middleton Mountain

Greater Vernon residents have more park land to enjoy. The Regional District of North Okanagan has purchased an additional 90 acres on the top of Middleton Mountain for 1.4 million dollars. RDNO's Community Development Coordinator Tannis Nelson says it will add to the existing 46 acres owned by the District of Coldstream, and will allow the existing 1.7 km trail system to be expanded by 2.4 kilometres.
