Ten groups are sharing just over 63 thousand dollars in grants from the Community Foundation of the North Okanagan. Over 20 groups applied , looking for almost 400 thousand dollars. Grants chair Brad Marsh says it's a real challenge to select the ones to support. The largest grant, 17 thousand 500 dollars went to the North Okanagan Childcare Society and the Community Dental Access Centre was awarded 15 thousand. Other awards went to the Double VM Bible Camp Society, The Armstrong-Spallumcheen Museum and Arts Society, The Cherryville & Area Historical Society, Cherryville Gospel Church, Greater Vernon Museum, Okanagan Boys & Girls Club, People Place and Vernon Search & Rescue,
