VIDEO: Explosion and fire in Kelowna neighbourhood

A deliberately set fire ripped through a Kelowna house and two vehicles early Sunday morning.The Kelowna Fire Department responded to a report of an explosion on St. Amand Road just after midnight. Platoon Captain Dale Calhoun tells CHBC News that there was no one home when the fire broke out. The blaze is being treated as arson. RCMP are investigating.
