Grow Op Found In Middleton Home

  A home in Vernon's Middleton Mountain neighborhood has been found with a marijuana grow op. RCMP and BC Hydro executed a search warrant on a house in the 1000 block of Mt. Begbie Drive Tuesday. About 900 plants were found along with a hydro bypass. RCMP spokesperson Gord Molendyk says nobody was at that house at the time. "The house has been posted under the Cities drug by-law and power has been shut off to the home for safety reasons," says Molendyk. Molendyk says the file is still under investigation as officers try to locate the residents
