Meetings in Vernon and Lumby - Revit and co-op

The City of Vernon has scheduled a meeting for business and property owners involved in the final Phase of Downtown Revitalization on 30th Avenue between 33rd Street and 35th Street.  The meeting is to introduce the design team and explain the design process and our work plan.  The city says they're in the design process and looking for input.  The same company involved in the design of the Bernard Avenue Project in Kelowna has been hired for the project which will cost about 2-million dollars. The meeting is Wednesday, November 7th at 5:00 p.m at the Sprouted Fig, 3407 30th Avenue. There is also a meeting in Lumby today with developers of a new non-profit housing co-op.  The developer is proposing 40 - one bedroom units.  That meeting is from 1pm till 6pm at the OAP building in Lumby.
