DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)

Road Projects Impact Traffic
Written by Peter McIntyre Thursday, 01 November 2012 02:35
Drivers in the city of Vernon have a new detour to get around. Paving starts today on 39th Avenue between 14th and 16th streets in East Hill, closing that part from 6 am to 5pm until November 8th. Also motorists should expect single lane traffic and up to 15 minute delays on Tronson Road for ongoing sewer work until November 23rd. The construction is from the Tronson-Bella Vista Road intersection, for 2 kilometres west, to the Beachcomber Bay boat launch.
