Written by Peter McIntyre 107.5 KISSFM Thursday, 10 April 2014 15:40
A sudden departure for the top staff member at the Regional District of North Okanagan. The board announced today that chief administrative officer Trafford Hall is no longer employed by RDNO, and they wish him well. The agency says it will be embarking on a search for a new CAO, but in the meantime, Rob Smailes, the General Manager of Planning and Building, will serve as acting CAO. The board say it won't be providing any further information on Hall's end of employment as personnel matters are private and confidential. When contacted by Kiss FM, board vice chair Rick Fairbairn said he couldn't say any more than what was released, other than Hall had been with RDNO for about three years.
