New Venture For Walthers Site

A new business is taking up part of a big commercial site in Vernon. Craftsman Collision will open its 30th auto body shop on the former Walthers car dealership site at 27th Street and 35th Avenue on Monday. There's also talk about a Tim Hortons, and Co-Op gas bar on that property. "We are pleased to have established this additional location as it will help us better serve our customers in the Okanagan and Central BC," says Rick Hatswell, Craftsman Collision COO. "It joins three other shops in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Kamloops, and greatly enhances our regional concentration by strengthening our brand awareness and increasing market share through repeat traffic and referrals."
