MARIHUANA FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES REGULATIONS (MMPR)-AMENDMENTS TO ZONING BYLAW #5000 AND BUSINESS LICENCE BYLAW #3272 (P. 50)
AND FURTHER, that Council support an amendment to Zoning Bylaw #5000 to permit medical marihuana growing facilities as per the new federal Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations in the A1- Agriculture in the ALR and 11 -Light Industrial zoning districts, and direct Administration to bring forward "Zoning Text (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations) Amendment Bylaw #5492, 2014" for consideration.
25TH STREET 2013 CARRYOVER PROJECT. (P. 77)
THAT Council receive the background information provided in the memorandum dated June 2, 2014 titled 251th Street 2013 Carryover Project from the Transportation Engineer .
AMENDMENT TO ZONING BYLAW #5000 TO DELETE OWNER- OCCUPANY REQUIREMENT FOR A SECONDARY SUITE (P. 80)
