Moratorium Vote on Duteau Related Capital Works Projects.

These are my items that I was trying to put a hold on when I supported the Moratorium Motion of Coun. Kiss and Councillor Anderson.  Hopefully I got them all but will revise if I have missed any.  This motion was defeated at GVAC.

Above are the Projects that are in the 2014 budget that would be unnecessary if Domestic Customers were served 100% from Mission Hill.

• Separation- Predesign Lavington Separation -  $700,000 all to be financed by DCC's. -Indications that at least 1/2 has been used in 2014 and the consultants are working on finishing the pre-design in 2015. http://www.rdno.ca/docs/2009_lavington_separation_report.pdf
• Duteau WTP Filtration Design Peer Review -  $30,000      (Status?)
• Complete Duteau Pilot Study - Filtration related - $50,000  (Status?)
• Goose Lake Supply from Okanagan Lake Pre Design - $100,000  (Status?)
