RDNO Tax Requistion Data (2013-2015)

The tax requisition for all the Areas of RDNO is as shown below. The total for 2015 is $15,618,619  (both Req for Jurisdictions (13,342,652)  and Specified area Tax) and will be taxed to varying jurisdictions depending on whether they are in the function(s) shown.  The tax apportionment varies for each function dependent upon the number of participants and their respective land and/or Improvement B.C. Property Tax assessments.  ( Vernon's share is $5,741,750 and that will be taxed to individual property tax owners either as land Only, Improvements only or as a combination of Land and Improvements). 

 The $510,855 Parcel taxes are a separate tax  to be borne by individual property parcels that are within the function.
