Its not looking good for the proposed Cultural Complex. Councillor Barry Beardsell says a report will be given to Greater Vernon Services by the end of July for review from the city of Vernon.But he says he gets the feeling the project isn't a favoured project at this time. Vernon council will receive the report from the Cultural Complex committee in the next week or so and the info will be then sent to GVS by July 31st. Angie Clowry, Standard Radio News
