A group that's promoting a study into the structure of local government says its been getting good feedback since the plan was announced.Jack Borden from the Society for Future Governance of the North Okanagan, says they've received a number of responses on their website, and its all been positive.Borden says, "Well what we're asking the public to do now is to go to our website and take off amembership form and fill it out and join this society. That's the most important thing on our minds rightnow, throughout the summer, is to sell our memberships. The society is hoping to sell one thousand memberships at one hundred dollars apiece by September. The money would be used to hire a consultant to conduct a study on the way the North Okanagan isgoverned. Some people have suggested there's too many levels of government in the area.
