Former Vernon Mayor Sean Harvey has pleaded guilty to breach of trust but it's unknown how stiff a sentence he'll receive. The 36 year old says he takes full responsibility for his actions and made a sobbing apology in court Monday. There will be at least one more court appearance before Harvey learns his punishment.
