  • THAT Council support the recommendation from the (P. 155) Finance Committee that the legal services budget be increased by $50,000.

  • THAT Council authorize staff to proceed with a grant application under the Canada-British Columbia Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund for the following Okanagan Landing areas: (i) Peters (ii) Delcliffe/Cameron Point(iii)Smith(iv)Whitepoint(v) Tronson AND FURTHER, that staff be authorized to proceed with pre-design engineering for the above areas at the estimated cost of $50,000.
