- Notice of Motion from Councillor Nicol: THAT WHEREAS, the historic Grand Stand at Polson Park was tragically destroyed by fire on August 15, 2006; BE IT RESOLVED, that Council formally discuss future plans for the former grand stand site at Polson Park; AND FURTHER, that Council develop an Official Position regarding future plans for Polson Park, in it's entirety; AND FURTHER, that Greater Vernon Services be apprised of said position, as soon as possible.
