For the next year, the man once entrusted with the mayor's office in Vernon will serve a sentence of house arrest. Sean Harvey was given that conditional prison sentence Wednesday for cheating on his expense account. For that breach of trust, Harvey was also ordered to perform 160 hours of community service and to pay the city back the money he fraudulently spent. But Harvey's legal troubles may not be over.
