Tirade could be contemptuous (Video)

A blustery tirade before a Supreme Court justice could land one of the Kelowna newspapers in legal hot water. On Thursday at the Ronda Black murder trial, the managing editor of the Daily Courier used an opportunity to speak to the judge to disparage various aspects of the legal proceedings. On Friday, the judge fired back with her response to what she called an attack on the court. Contempt of court charges could be laid.
