PART-TIME MANAGER
Reporting to the Vernon Land Corporation, the Manager conducts Land Corporation business on behalf of the Board consistent with Board goals and objectives. The Manager pursues rezoning, subdivision, OCP amendments, value added initiatives and site servicing plans related to Land Corporation land. In addition, the Manager is responsible for developing a marketing strategy and promoting commercial development of the Land Corporation. Variable hours of work are required estimated to be 10 to 20 hours per week.
