Vernon Mayor, Wayne Lippet is meeting today with BC Hydro because he feels they're the ones who owe taxpayers an explanation on Alexis park construction delays. Residents in the area are tired of the delays and problems with the project which began in the Spring and was supposed to be completed mid-September.
