20 Year Servicing Plan and Financing Strategy City Council is considering changes to the Development Cost Charge Bylaw to reflect current costs for the provision of arterial roads, water and wastewater services as well as for parkland acquisition. Development cost charges are payable by new developments to assist in these community infrastructure requirements. An Open House will be held on Wednesday November 15th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers with presentations to stakeholders and the general public at 5:00 p.m.
