Environment Minister Rona Ambrose trotted out the Conservative government’s much-awaited and ballyhooed plan for the environment. Despite howls to the contrary, the proposal does contain concrete plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the country. We will cut emissions to zero one day after the world runs out of fossil fuels.
