PROPOSED BUDGET FOR PUBLIC INPUT SESSION February 6, 2007 5:30 PM Council Chambers

DON QUIXOTE NOTE: I have perused this document abd have no hesitation in saying that it is the most detailed ever given to the public prior to a public input session. Kudos to Rob Mayne and Kevin Bertles and the accounting staff for producing a clear and transparent document and for the Council in authorizing its publication.
As an example the presentation of the RCMP Reserve funds is clear and concise and is exactly in the state that I projected in recent posts. The other tracking of the Reserve balances appears to be equally clear.
I still think there is room for a tax reduction and this document allows the taxpayer to follow where the money is going and where reductions could yet be made.
This document can be read in conjunction with the agenda package from the last council meeting at Agenda Package (P.119-156). These two documents should satisfy even the most cynical shit disturber.
