Sean Harvey was sentenced for breaching his conditional jail sentence, imposed in September for cheating on his city-issued credit card. At the time, the judge said the conditional sentence was a period of imprisonment, not inconvenience. The judge repeated that today, and then sent Harvey off to a real jail for a week
