A Special Committee of the Whole meeting of Council will be held in Council Chambers, Friday, April 20 2007, from 9:00 AM until 10:OO AM, at City Hall, in order to meet with the Board of Directors the Vernon Public Art Gallery, to discuss requirements for a new art gallery facility in conjunction with the proposal for the construction of a new library building.
