That Council supports the Vernon Land Committee recommendation regarding the Coldstream Hotel Site to issue an 'Expression of interest' to the development community for a commercial development, conditional that inclusion of a residential component is to be encouraged.

That Council Supports the recommendation from the Vernon Land Advisory Committee to appoint Mr. Ray Foisy to the Vernon Land Advisory Committee for the remainder of 2007.
