Vernon's mayor is pushing to hold a referendum on the library complex this fall.Wayne Lippert says he'll be trying to convince his council colleagues to hold the vote in late November or early December.'We will have more information. We've had, since the first decision was made, we've had the architects hired and they'll have a lot more information and a better picture what the building could look like.'Lippert says by then, the city will also have more information for the public on the costs.City council will hold a special meeting October 5-th to discuss the complex.
