Vernon: It's the 25th anniversary between the two cities. Vernon is sending 50 residents, including Mayor Wayne Lippert and City Councilor Jack Gilroy. They'll be here Oct. 27-28 and will play in a softball game at Davis High at 2:30 p.m.
